I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience in social services and the mental health field, collectively. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and obtained my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. At this time, I am pursuing a PhD in Human Studies.
Being a counselor is not just a career but it is my calling. Therefore, Live Life was created in response to the call to help, serve, and be there for people in their time of need.
I am passionate about people and compassionate concerning the struggle of others. My personal mission as a therapist is to help you live through it. “It” being whatever is keeping you from moving forward and preventing you from accomplishing your goals and dreams.
I support you. I believe in you. I care about you.
It is an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with the lives of others. I look forward to going on this journey with you.
“Live this life. Don’t let this life live you.” This mantra is the founding principle for Live Life Counseling Center. Often in life, we face difficulties, problems, and circumstances that bring us down. These life challenges, when left unaddressed, seemingly take on a life of their own. Often, we feel caught between the life we want to live and the life we are currently living. Leaving us to believe that there is no help or hope for change.
Live Life’s mission is to help you learn how to find the strength from within to live the life you want to live despite life’s challenges.
Live Life will provide supportive, therapeutic mental health and social services to clients of all ages. Clients will gain tools, skills, knowledge, and resources needed to impact their quality of life and those around them.
The goal is to move from merely existing in life to living life.
